This page provides step-by-step instructions on how to manage your subscriptions for DG Tools across different devices and platforms.

Android Phones and Tablets

Managing Subscriptions via Google Play Store App

  1. Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device
  2. Tap your profile icon in the top right corner
  3. Tap Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions
  4. Select the subscription you want to manage
  5. You can:
    • Cancel the subscription
    • Pause the subscription (if available)
    • Change your subscription plan
    • View renewal and billing details

Managing Subscriptions via Google Play Website

  1. Go to play.google.com in your web browser
  2. Sign in to your Google account
  3. Click your profile icon in the top right corner
  4. Select Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions
  5. Find and select the subscription you want to manage
  6. Make your desired changes (cancel, pause, or modify)

Apple iPhones and iPads

Managing Subscriptions via App Store on iOS

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad
  2. Tap your name at the top of the screen
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Select the subscription you want to manage
  5. You can:
    • Cancel the subscription
    • Change your subscription plan
    • View renewal and billing information

Alternative Method via App Store App

  1. Open the App Store app on your iPhone or iPad
  2. Tap your profile icon in the top right corner
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Select the subscription you want to manage
  5. Make your desired changes

Web Browser

Managing Apple Subscriptions via Web

  1. Go to appleid.apple.com in your web browser
  2. Sign in to your Apple ID
  3. Scroll to the Subscriptions section
  4. Select the subscription you want to manage
  5. You can:
    • Cancel the subscription
    • Change your subscription plan
    • View billing and renewal details

Managing Google Subscriptions via Web

  1. Go to play.google.com in your web browser
  2. Sign in to your Google account
  3. Click your profile icon in the top right corner
  4. Select Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions
  5. Find and select the subscription you want to manage
  6. Make your desired changes

Important Notes

  • Cancellation timing: When you cancel a subscription, you’ll continue to have access until the end of the current billing period
  • Refunds: Refund policies vary by platform and subscription terms. Check the respective app store’s refund policy for more information
  • Reactivation: You can resubscribe at any time after cancellation
  • Multiple devices: Subscriptions are tied to your account (Apple ID or Google Account), not to a specific device
