This page provides step-by-step instructions on how to manage your subscriptions for DG Tools across different devices and platforms.
Android Phones and Tablets
Managing Subscriptions via Google Play Store App
- Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device
- Tap your profile icon in the top right corner
- Tap Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions
- Select the subscription you want to manage
- You can:
- Cancel the subscription
- Pause the subscription (if available)
- Change your subscription plan
- View renewal and billing details
Managing Subscriptions via Google Play Website
- Go to play.google.com in your web browser
- Sign in to your Google account
- Click your profile icon in the top right corner
- Select Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions
- Find and select the subscription you want to manage
- Make your desired changes (cancel, pause, or modify)
Apple iPhones and iPads
Managing Subscriptions via App Store on iOS
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad
- Tap your name at the top of the screen
- Tap Subscriptions
- Select the subscription you want to manage
- You can:
- Cancel the subscription
- Change your subscription plan
- View renewal and billing information
Alternative Method via App Store App
- Open the App Store app on your iPhone or iPad
- Tap your profile icon in the top right corner
- Tap Subscriptions
- Select the subscription you want to manage
- Make your desired changes
Web Browser
Managing Apple Subscriptions via Web
- Go to appleid.apple.com in your web browser
- Sign in to your Apple ID
- Scroll to the Subscriptions section
- Select the subscription you want to manage
- You can:
- Cancel the subscription
- Change your subscription plan
- View billing and renewal details
Managing Google Subscriptions via Web
- Go to play.google.com in your web browser
- Sign in to your Google account
- Click your profile icon in the top right corner
- Select Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions
- Find and select the subscription you want to manage
- Make your desired changes
Important Notes
- Cancellation timing: When you cancel a subscription, you’ll continue to have access until the end of the current billing period
- Refunds: Refund policies vary by platform and subscription terms. Check the respective app store’s refund policy for more information
- Reactivation: You can resubscribe at any time after cancellation
- Multiple devices: Subscriptions are tied to your account (Apple ID or Google Account), not to a specific device
